Return and Refunds

At Auril Studio, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We only accept return or replacement requests if:

If any Return or Exchange or Replacement it should be  requested within 2 working days All the Exchange or  Replacement product will be delivered to your location within 10 working days

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • Original tags, accessories, and invoice are available

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at support@aurilstudio.com with:

  • Order number
  • Mandatory unboxing video recorded from the beginning of package opening
  • Clear video showing the issue or damage

Claims raised without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


2. Damaged Item Returns Only

Products once sold are non-returnable except in cases where:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • An incorrect product was delivered

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Used or worn products

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Requests raised after the reporting window may not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share a clear unboxing video and issue demonstration video for verification
  • Our team will review the request and assist with replacement or refund if approved

Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.


4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Successful quality inspection

If the replacement product is unavailable, we may provide:

  • Store credit
  • Refund
  • Alternative replacement option

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund Policy - If any refund approved by the company it will take 10 working days to credit to your original source account

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Store credit

Bank/payment provider processing times may vary.


6. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.


7. Return Shipping

  • If the return request is approved due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping charges will be borne by Auril Studio.
  • Customers may be required to cooperate with the return pickup process where applicable.

8. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused at delivery or remains undelivered due to incorrect address/contact details:

  • Shipping and return handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Re-shipping charges may apply

9. Product Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Photography lighting
  • Screen/display settings
  • Handcrafted finishing

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.
