Shipping policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or speed post services.

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All the products will be delivered to your location within 7 working days.

Delivery timelines are subject to courier partner and service availability. Auril Studio shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return/refund request is approved due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered by us.
